Returns
Our policy is simple: If you’re not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your products, you can return or exchange ONLY Unworn & Unopened items in the same condition that you received it within 30 Days. does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center.
What do I do if I need to return something?
Give our friendly customer service team an email at hello@wowdoggie.com and we will provide a Return label for you. Processing time for returns take 7-14 Days. If you wish to send the item back yourself we will give you the address to send it in to. Easy as that!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the time it takes per VISA/Amex/Paypal etc, protocols. if you do not receive a refund within 7-14 days , please contact your band and card issuer for a refund enquiry .
WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL RETURN?
For international orders, all return shipping must be paid for by the customer for refund requests.
For international refund requests, a handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment upon a successful review of your returned items. it is 2% of the payment amount
For international orders returned due to refusal to pay duties, standard shipping & handling cost will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our original shipping. the standard shipping and handling cost is $12 per order .
Defects
If you discover a fault with the article(s) you have received, please email us right away at hello@wowdoggie.com with images of the defect. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
