1) When can I receive package after the payment ?
Processing Time : Package processing time of order is not the delivery time, After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. the average processing time being approximately 2-3days;
2) What shipping method we use ?
We prefer to ship parcels with Express(DHL/FedEX/UPS/TNT etc.) to make sure our customers will receive the package as soon as possible, and don’t need to worry about the parcel missing. We would use post services if Express unfulfillable in the region.
3) Shipping Charge
Standard shipping ,We support Free shipping on all order.
Expedited shipping fees are automatically calulated at the checkout on basis of order details .
4) How to track my order ?
Once the order is placed, our system will send you an email about the order details. You’ll have the other email with tracking number after package sent.
5) Logistics time
General logistics time is 10-15 working days, remote region takes around 12-18 working days.

6) Related Duties and Taxes
Duties and Taxes for International orders are not included in the total upon checkout. The recipient is responsible for those charges upon delivery.
7) Important Tips
You will receive an email with the tracking number once the label has been created for your order.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
Orders are unable to be collected from our warehouse.

8) VAT / Customs Duties
Tax/Duties are included for parcel shipping to the US.
For other customs duties outside the US, customers are responsible for duties ,taxes, and any other charges that your country chooses
