WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering, please make sure you select the correct model, color or any variants as we can only make changes to your order within 24 hours after placing your order.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be bound for pick up within 2-3 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
If you are unable to retrieve your tracking information after you've received your tracking number for more than 5 business days, please contact us at email@example.com immediately.
An order confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been completed.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders pretty quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Due to the upcoming holidays and our seasonal promotion, demand for our products is at its all time high. This can affect delivery time, which is currently estimated to be between 7-20 days depending on your location. Thank you!
