How do I care for my collar?
our products can be cleaned in a washing machine using a delicates bag, we recommend hand washing all of our products to keep the hardware in good condition.
Are your products strong enough for your pet?
We use heavy duty webbing inside of our collar, leash and harnesses. And we use box sitching and metal buckle to make sure it is strong and durable enough.
Are the bows and flower removable?
Of course ! Our bow's and flower design includes elastic snap attachments that attach securely to your collar
